Relli Secures Investment from Gaming Industry Influencer as Platform Expands Real Estate Operator Network

In April 2026, CityBiz reported that Relli had secured an investment from a gaming industry influencer with more than 25 million subscribers across platforms. The article also covers the CRM and videography services Relli was adding for operators at the time, and Mor Milo's view on why many sponsors struggle to turn investor leads into investors.

Editor's note: first published April 2026, so some details have changed. Today Relli is a marketplace where investors review offerings from reviewed sponsors, express interest and talk to each sponsor directly. Each offering page shows its own minimum.

Key takeaways

  • The new investor, a gaming creator with more than 25 million subscribers, also holds real estate through a partnership with an operator and was using Relli for a real estate investment he was raising capital for.
  • Relli added CRM buildouts and videography services because many operators were not prepared to follow up on the investor leads they received.
  • Milo says most sponsors are not tech savvy, so plug-and-play systems help them follow up consistently.
  • Requiring email verification raised verified emails on new accounts from 30% to about 95%.

Relli has secured new capital from a gaming industry influencer with over 25 million subscribers across platforms. The investor, who maintains substantial real estate holdings through partnership with a real estate operator, brings both capital and credibility in digital content creation to the PropTech platform.

The transaction adds to Relli’s recent momentum following the company’s closure of its first publicly traded customer, a firm managing $5 billion across 175 properties in the United States spanning industrial, residential, commercial, and retail asset classes.

“We’ve recently launched a new dashboard that will allow for passive investors to be able to analyze deals in real time,” said Mor Milo, Co-founder and CEO of Relli. The platform now enables investors to benchmark specific real estate syndication opportunities against S&P 500 and NASDAQ indices while comparing deals across multiple operators and asset classes.

The investor’s involvement with Relli stems from active real estate holdings rather than content creation activities. The partnership with a real estate operator positions the investor as both platform user and capital provider, creating alignment between capital deployment and platform development.

“He’s promoting a real estate investment that he is currently raising capital for,” Milo explained. “His investment in our business adds credibility from the perspective that he sees what we’re doing. Someone from the YouTube space that’s been very successful is using the Relli platform.”

The platform has expanded product offerings to include CRM buildouts and management services, along with videography services for operators requiring consistent content production. The additions address foundational sales and marketing gaps Relli identified while working with real estate development firms.

“We recently expanded some of our product offerings to also include CRM build outs and management for CRM, as well as videography services that we can do on a consistent basis,” Milo said. “We’re adding some products to the market from the perspective that we had some interest around videography and around foundational sales and marketing solutions.”

The expansion responds to a recurring challenge Relli encountered with customers. While the platform successfully generates qualified accredited investor leads, many operators lack systematic processes for converting those leads into active investors.

“The issue that we’ve started to run into is that our customers are not prepared for the leads,” Milo noted. “When we deliver them the leads, what do they do with them? Normally, they’ll pick up the phone once or twice, and then they’ll kind of fizzle out.”

Retail investor acquisition requires consistent email communication, text message follow-up, voicemail campaigns, and systematic outreach. Without automated systems and clear messaging frameworks, operators waste marketing spending regardless of lead quality.

Relli now assists customers in building foundational sales and marketing infrastructure including CRM implementation, automated communication cadences, messaging development, and core values articulation. The approach addresses the gap between operators’ real estate expertise and their corporate sales capabilities.

“Most of these sponsors are not tech savvy,” Milo explained. “Having some form of augmented solution where they don’t have to think about it and it’s plug and play is very helpful for them.”

Two recent customers demonstrated the effectiveness of systematic lead management. One debt fund customer achieved an 11x return on advertising expenditure. Another sponsor in the energy sector generated $17 for every dollar allocated to advertising. Both results required proper follow-up infrastructure converting leads into active investors.

The platform has also integrated an RSS feed from KeyCrew for content distribution and is developing an AI-powered response system for investor questions. Platform data shows increasing engagement metrics with users navigating more pages, spending more time on site, and completing higher percentages of account creation processes.

Email verification requirements, implemented recently, increased verified email addresses from 30% to 95% of new accounts. The change improves data quality while adding security expectations users anticipate from financial platforms.

“We immediately saw a jump from 30% verified emails up to about 95%,” Milo said. “Almost everybody is used to this because it’s a finance platform. They want that extra security for their account.”

Platform metrics from the fourth quarter of 2025 showed $700,000 in investment reservations compared to $1,700 total across the previous two years. One investor who created an account six months prior returned to reserve $250,000 in a new listing, demonstrating the value of consistent engagement without aggressive transaction pushing.

“It takes time for people to make decisions,” Milo reflected. “People need to build relationships with you. Based on the value we were able to generate over six months of this person coming to our platform and paying us nothing, we built enough trust for them to show their interest in a big way.”

The company launched its marketplace in April 2025 following three years of development and research focused on understanding customer needs across both real estate operators and passive investors. Investment opportunities currently listed on the platform start at $25,000, with plans to integrate lower entry points through Regulation CF offerings as regulatory frameworks evolve.

Relli generates 20 to 50 qualified accredited investor leads monthly for operators with advertising budgets under $5,000. The platform serves operators managing portfolios across multifamily, medical office, industrial, retail, and debt-based investment strategies.
