The company said demand was coming from operators managing hundreds of millions to billions in assets who are raising more capital from high net worth individuals. PropTech platform reports growing demand from commercial real estate firms seeking scalable systems to support high net worth investor engagement

LOS ANGELES, CA, May 20, 2026. Relli, a PropTech platform supporting commercial real estate syndication operators through digital marketplace and investor management infrastructure, today announced the expansion of its investor infrastructure services as commercial real estate operators increasingly seek alternatives to traditional institutional capital relationships.

The company said that demand has accelerated from operators managing hundreds of millions and, in some cases, billions in assets who are now building systems designed to support and manage relationships with high net worth individual investors.

"For decades, many operators built their businesses around a relatively small group of institutional relationships," said Mor Milo. "What we're seeing now is operators looking to diversify their capital sources and create scalable infrastructure for individual investor engagement."

Many commercial real estate operators historically relied on relationships with 10 to 20 institutional investors to fund acquisitions and development projects. As capital markets have shifted and institutional allocations have become more selective, operators are increasingly exploring high net worth investor channels to support ongoing capital raising operations.

Transitioning from institutional fundraising models often requires significantly different systems and processes to support individual investor engagement, including CRM infrastructure, automated communications, investor education materials, and long-term outreach strategies. The company said that demand for these services has increased among operators across multifamily, medical office, industrial, retail, and debt-focused real estate sectors.

"Individual investors and institutions evaluate investments in different ways," said Mor Milo. "The timeline for individuals is longer, the educational component is more important, and operators need systems that allow them to consistently communicate and build trust at scale."

To support that demand, Relli has expanded its service offerings to include CRM implementation, automated investor communication systems, videography services, and marketing strategy development tailored to commercial real estate syndication operators.

Founded in 2023, Relli operates a digital marketplace designed to support connections between accredited investors and commercial real estate syndication operators nationwide.
