American Lending Center, LLC (ALC), is a private non-bank lender headquartered in southern California, and a nationally recognized leader in commercial lending, providing capital to small businesses nationwide. We believe that the success of the small business community is built on access to fast, flexible credit.

Between 2009 and 2020, ALC offered strategically structured senior loan products to 80+ qualified SBA 504 projects in 19 states, contributing to a combined construction and business expansion budget of over one billion dollars. During these pre-COVID years, ALC’s lending practice has successfully created more than 12,000 new jobs nationwide.

In June 2020, the Department of Treasury and SBA approved ALC as a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) lender. ALC is one of only a handful of nonbank institutions so designated to provide immediate financial relief to struggling small businesses. We approved PPP loans to almost 30,000 eligible small business borrowers across all 50 states and Washington DC as of end of May when PPP program ended. These critical loans helped ensure businesses stayed open, and hundreds of thousands of employees were paid during the pandemic.

Since then, ALC continues to expand our lending activities to disadvantaged borrowers. For example, in 2022, ALC was approved by the CA Treasury to be a participant in the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI). ALC is committed to finding innovative solutions for America's vitally important small businesses.
