Who writes our content

The guides, market analysis, and company news in the Relli newsroom are written and published by Relli. Our team works with private real estate sponsors and investors every day, and our editorial content draws on that firsthand experience with deal structures, underwriting, and the mechanics of private real estate investing.

How content is produced and reviewed

Every piece is reviewed by the Relli team before it is published. Educational guides are written to explain concepts plainly and accurately, and we revisit published guides when market conditions, regulations, or industry practices change. When we make a material update to a guide, we update its content rather than leaving stale information in place.

Sourcing and attribution

Our market news section curates headlines from established financial and real estate publications. Curated stories always credit and link to the original source. Our own analysis and guides are based on industry data, public filings, and our direct experience operating a private real estate marketplace.

Editorial content and listings are separate

Sponsors pay Relli to list offerings on the marketplace. That relationship covers listings and the tools around them; it does not buy editorial coverage. Our educational guides exist to help investors understand private real estate, not to promote any specific offering or sponsor.

Not investment advice

Relli editorial content is educational. It is not investment, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to invest in any offering. Private real estate investments involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Please review our key risks page and consult your own advisors before investing.
