Editorial method
How we write Relli Learn guides
Relli Learn guides are researched from primary sources, checked figure by figure, and approved by Relli co-founder Ross Iannarelli before they are published.
Sources and checks
Where do the facts come from?
Each guide starts from primary sources: SEC rules and filings (including the public Form D data), IRS publications and the tax code, FINRA, and the platforms' own published terms. Market figures come from named research publishers and always carry the date they describe. Every source a guide relies on is listed at the end of the guide.
How is each guide checked?
Every figure, date and rule in a guide is checked against the linked source before it goes live, including titles, descriptions and tables. Where a fact cannot be confirmed, it is left out.
Who stands behind it
Who writes and approves the guides?
Ross Iannarelli, Relli's co-founder and COO, is the named author of every guide and approves each one before it is published. Guides explain how private real estate works in general. They are not investment, tax or legal advice.
How do comparison pages stay fair?
Relli is a private real estate marketplace, so on pages that compare platforms Relli is one of the options. Those pages explain how the platforms were ordered, list Relli's own limits, never score or rank, and use only sourced, dated facts. No platform pays to be included, and each comparison ends with a full disclosure.
Independence and updates
Can sponsors pay for coverage?
No. Sponsors pay Relli to list offerings, and some buy placements such as newsletter features, which are labeled as sponsored. Learn guides are not for sale. When a guide names a live offering as an example, it is labeled as a sponsored listing.
How are guides kept current?
Guides show the date they were last updated, and that date changes only when the content does. Time-sensitive facts, such as rates, market data and platform terms, are re-checked on a schedule. If you spot an error, tell us through the contact page and we will review it and correct the guide.
